Packing
- Textiles to European countries: Loose collection bags. Polyprop sacks 20-25 kg each or bulk bags (100-150kg) by customer's request*.
- Textiles to countries of Africa and Asia: (pressed) large bales of 240-250kg, small bales of 40-50kg (on special request*).
- Footwear packed in polyprop bags 20-25kg each.
- Bric-a-brac packed in cardboard boxes. Can be palletised by customer's request*.
- Books packed in polyprop sacks. Can be palletised by customer's request*.
Payment
Only after full payment has been received, we will:
- confirm your loading date.
- prepare your order.
Please note, that due to the high demand of second-hand goods and our demanding administrative procedures, it may take not less than two weeks to prepare your order after receiving payment in full.
We may be able to prepare your order upon receipt of a deposit. However, an order must to be paid in full before leaving our warehouse. All deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Freight and Customs

- We provide all of the appropriate paperwork free of charge
* Any special requests made by customers may result in additional fees.
Payments must be made in full before your loading date can be confirmed. Once a loading date has been given, goods must be collected not later then a week after the loading date. Any period exceeding this will result in a charge of storage fees. All of our sales are final and goods are non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to substitute any part of the order for more superior quality goods to the value of the paid price without any notification to the buyer.
